A YOUNG couple about to get engaged have been shot dead outside of a Jewish museum in Washington DC in an act of "depraved terrorism". The victims have been identified as two Israeli embassy workers with the gunman heard chanting "Free Palestine" after carrying out the attack. The shooting happened at 21:05 local time around 3rd and F Streets NW, an area with numerous tourist sites, museums and government buildings, including the FBI's Washington field office.
